With the full quest, use another of the three players for a fresh start. Deleting the app erases all progress on that device; if you reinstall, restore the purchase from the grown-ups' settings.

Yes. In the grown-ups' settings, turn on Break reminder. After the time you choose, your child's hero gets sleepy and suggests a break at the next natural stopping point.
